By S.8. *Sardinia" arriving at Hongkong on or about November 5th. there is travelling fran Marseilles Otto Stutz a Swis

subject in the employ of the Orient Tobacco Manufacture Company. He is possessed of two passports one Swiss and one French. Since the outbreak of war his actions have been suspicious. A letter from the police at Marseilles to the landing police at Hongkong recommending close examination is in the hands of the ship's

authorities.
